These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ProteinDistrict.ae (“Protein District”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Conduct

In consideration of the availability of and your use of ProteinDistrict.ae, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that ProteinDistrict.ae may investigate any violation of applicable laws and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users where appropriate.

You agree that you will not:

  • Post, transmit, link to, or otherwise distribute any content that constitutes, advocates, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

  • Use the website in a manner that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying ProteinDistrict.ae.

  • Defame, abuse, stalk, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including privacy and publicity rights) of others.

  • Post or distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material.

  • Upload or transmit any software, files, or materials that contain viruses, malware, Trojan horses, worms, cancelbots, or any other harmful or disruptive components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

2. Dealings with Third Parties

ProteinDistrict.ae may contain links to or references to third-party merchants, manufacturers, or advertisers.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any correspondence or business dealings with third parties found on or through ProteinDistrict.ae, including payment and delivery of goods or services, are solely between you and such third parties.

  • ProteinDistrict.ae assumes no responsibility for any charges incurred or transactions completed through such third parties.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in connection with any such dealings.

ProteinDistrict.ae shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or relating to such transactions.

3. General Provisions

  • This agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned without our prior written consent.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ProteinDistrict.ae regarding use of the website and supersede all prior agreements.

  • Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  • If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

  • The parties agree that these Terms and all related documents shall be drafted in English.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on ProteinDistrict.ae, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, design elements, layout, and overall appearance (collectively, the “Materials”), are the property of ProteinDistrict.ae or its licensors and are protected under UAE and international intellectual property laws.

The trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Site (collectively, the “Marks”), including “ProteinDistrict.ae,” are the exclusive property of ProteinDistrict.ae.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, upload, transmit, or otherwise use any Materials or Marks without prior written consent.

  • Use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without express authorization.

Unauthorized use of any Materials or Marks may result in legal action.

5. Product Information and Claims

ProteinDistrict.ae sells supplements, health products, and snacks manufactured by third parties.

  • We do not make independent medical claims about products.

  • Product descriptions are based on information provided by manufacturers.

  • Customers are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement.

You agree not to make any unauthorized health or medical claims regarding products purchased from ProteinDistrict.ae.

If you have questions regarding a product, please refer directly to the manufacturer using the links provided on product pages.

6. Reselling Policy (Minimum Advertised Price)

Products purchased from ProteinDistrict.ae for resale must be resold at the same or higher price than the listed “Our Price,” where applicable, in compliance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your account

  • Forfeiture of any Rewards Credits

  • Refusal of future sales

ProteinDistrict.ae reserves the right to refuse service to resellers who violate pricing policies.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Protein District guarantees that:

  • All products sold are original and authentic.

  • Products are delivered in excellent condition.

  • Supplements have a minimum of 3 months before expiry.

  • Snacks have a minimum of 1 month before expiry.

If any of the above conditions are not met, you may request a refund, return, or exchange.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless defective).

  • The issue does not relate to authenticity, condition, or expiry.

Orders not yet picked up or dispatched may be modified or cancelled upon request, subject to processing status.

ProteinDistrict.ae reserves the right to assess return eligibility before issuing refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProteinDistrict.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased through it.

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.
